This year’s AGM, prize giving and meal will be held on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 at the usual venue, the  King’s Arms in Stow .  A free welcome drink awaits you upon arrival. For anyone who has helped this year, you are entitled to a free starter or pudding.  Your names will also be put into a draw for a cash prize – for each time you have helped! Food needs to be pre-ordered from the menu below (by 25th November) by emailing  Lynne Kitson .
